Then this evening meet your guide and group in the hostel lobby to get prepped and ready to depart early the next day.
Day 3-4

Feast your eyes on true beauty as we head to Trang An, AKA “HaLong Bay on Land”. Quick showers and dinner in Ninh Binh town now before our overnight bus to Phong Nha National Park tomorrow.
Day 5-6
PHONG NHA NATIONAL PARK & VINH MOC TUNNEL
Phong Nha park is home to an abundance of wildlife and stunning scenery. Take in the crystal rivers and huge cave systems, mud baths and visit the Dark Cave via zip line or kayak. Tomorrow we visit the Vinh Moc tunnel’s in the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ) in the centre of Vietnam. Built by families seeking refuge from the American war, between 1965 and 1972, 600 people lived down here and 17 babies were born within the complex. Its the Mine Action Visitors Centre in Dong Ha now for an insight into the effects of the war and a lesson from The NPA (Norwegian Peoples Aid) on the problem of unexploded bombs that lie in dormant waiting. These weapons are a lethal legacy and if you’re lucky you may get to witness a controlled explosion. Back in Hue we kick back after an intense day. Opt of a chilled one or hit the town…Hue is your oyster.
Day 7-8
THIEN MU PAGODA, HUE TO HOI AN VIA HAI VAN PASS
Seven stories high and built in 1601, Thien Mu is not only rich in history and important Buddhist site but the tallest in Vietnam. Day 8 is the much anticipated ‘Top Gear Experience’. We ride motorbikes along the coast from Hue to Hoi An, taking in the coastline and breathtaking Elephant Springs as we go. Don’t forget your swimming gear, so can you play in the springs and relax for a while.
